Shipping Policy

-Coverage Area-

Our shipping service is currently only available within Peninsular Malaysia. Please double confirm and be sure that the shipping address provided is accurate as we will not refund for undeliverable addresses. Should you notice that a mistake was made in the shipping address provided after placing an order, please contact us immediately; we do not guarantee that we will be able to amend things for you as we do not own the logistic companies but we will make every possible adjustment we can for you (we will not give refund under such scenario). 

 

-Shipping Time-

All orders will be processed and packed within 2 days upon placement (e.g.: order placed on Monday, delivery takes place on Wednesday), excluding weekends and public holidays (all orders placed on Friday will be carried over to next Monday). After orders have been processed, it takes between 1-3 business days for the parcel to be delivered to addresses in major metro area (e.g. Klang Valley, etc.). For regional areas, please allow between 3-5 business days for your orders to arrive. 

 

It is highly recommened that you fill in your email address upon check-out to be able to receive your tracking code. Should you notice that your order has not been shipped after 3 business days, please do not hesitate and contact us immediately.

 

*In the event where the orders cannot be processed on time and must be delayed due to reasons including but not limited to - out of stock at our centre / from suppliers, you will be notified at our earliest convenience.  

 

-Shipping Fee-

The shipping fee will be calculated upon checkout by our system. Our shipping fee is calculated based on the actual weight of the parcel or volumetric weight, whichever is higer. 

 

Refund Policy

-Damaged Parcel-

The live plants are hand-picked carefully by our experienced horticulturists at Paling Horticulture for delivery, ensuring only healthy plants arrive at your doorstep. We also put in extra effort in packaging them so that they stay in their original condition as how they left us. For plant-related products, the soil & pebbles in the planters are loose, a minimal amount may fall out which should be considered normal.

 

Under rare occasions, and for reasons beyond our control, the goods may get damaged in transit as the process is not always kind. Should this happen, please contact inform us immediately, within 24 hours of receipt, with the photo of the damaged parcel and goods , we will evaluate and initiate a refund within 2 business days upon verification. We will only give a refund when the damage to the products/plants are deemed irreversible

 

-Lost Parcel-

Please do not hesitate and contact us immediately when your order has not arrived after a given time-frame, our customer service team will check the details for you and initiate a refund if the parcel was found to be lost by the logistic company. 

 

-Order Cancellation- 

It is understandable that your plans may change and the order needs to be cancelled and we would want to accomodate your requests as best as we can. Please contact us within 48 hours after placing your order, we will cancel your order and the refund will be processed within 5 working days upon cancellation request. 

 

*Do note that we will not be able to cancel your order as soon as your order has been shipped by the logistic company.
